All drapery fabrics are rolled tight in a sturdy tube and wrapped in plastic for delivery in order to ensure a pristine, perfect product. While there are many wholesale suppliers of drapery fabrics in LA, we at Natural Neutrals feel that our dedication to top-tier customer service and desire to build long lasting business relationships with our clients distinguishes us from the rest. Products
• When ordering pieces, please specify the minimum length. Pieces vary from 45 to 150 yards.
• We will ship closest piece available. No allowance after goods are cut.
• No returns after 30 days. No returns accepted without authorization number.
• We do not guarantee exact color match. If exact color is required, request cutting of present stock.
• We will replace yardage only if fabric fades within one year under normal sun exposure. No other condition is guaranteed. Fading due to chemical components present in smog, etc., is not covered by our guarantee.
• We are not responsible for any changes in fabric that may occur in flameproofing or other chemical processes.
• Dry cleaning by the appropiate method is recommended. Drapery fabrics should not be washed.
